Crisron Pickleball Courts
Privacy Policy
Last updated:
This policy explains what information Crisron Pickleball Courts collects when you use this website to look at court availability, create an account and book courts, how that information is used, and how to contact us about it.
1. Who we are
This website and its booking service are operated by Crisron Pickleball Courts, FEP Building Corporation, Km 6 Don Julian Rodriguez Sr. Avenue, Davao City, Philippines 8000. You can reach us at crisronpickleball@gmail.com or 0898 008 1788.
2. Information we collect
You can look at court availability without an account, and without giving us any personal information.
When you create an account or book a court, we collect:
- Account details – your first and last name, the username you choose, and the email address and mobile number you give us.
- Your password, if you create a username-and-password account. It is never stored in readable form, and our staff cannot see it.
- Sign-in with Google or Facebook – see section 4.
- Your bookings – the courts, dates and times you book, the booking reference, the price of each hour at the time you booked, the booking’s status (including cancellations and the reason recorded for them), and payment status and amounts as recorded by our staff.
- Messages about your bookings – where booking emails are enabled, a record of the message and the email address it was addressed to.
- Technical information – the internet (IP) address a request comes from, used briefly to limit repeated sign-in, registration and booking attempts, and error records our systems keep when something goes wrong.
If you book at the venue instead of online, our staff record the name and contact details you give them in the same customer records.
3. How we use your information
- to create and manage your account and let you sign in;
- to take, show and manage your court bookings, including cancellations;
- to show your booking history under My Bookings;
- to record what is due and what has been paid for your bookings;
- to contact you about your bookings, for example if something changes;
- to keep the service and your account secure and to prevent misuse.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Signing in with Google or Facebook
You can choose to sign in with Google or Facebook instead of a password. If you do, we receive only what that sign-in provides:
- a unique identifier for your Google or Facebook sign-in, which is how we recognise you the next time;
- your name; and
- your email address, if the provider shares it (from Google, also whether Google has verified it).
From Facebook we ask only for your public profile and email address. We do not request, receive or store your friends list, posts, photos, messages or contacts, and we never post anything on your behalf. We do not receive or keep your Google or Facebook password, and we do not keep the provider’s sign-in tokens.
Your Crisron account is linked to your Google or Facebook sign-in by that provider’s identifier alone. We never join accounts together because they share an email address, a name or a mobile number. The name and email you confirm on our “Complete your account” form are the ones we keep.
5. Bookings and payments
This website does not take payments. Bookings are paid at the front desk, and our staff record the payment against your booking. We do not collect or store card numbers, bank details, or GCash or other e-wallet credentials.
Booking and payment records form part of the venue’s business records. That is why we keep them even after a booking is finished or cancelled (see section 8).
6. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies that the website needs in order to work. Among other things, they:
- keep you signed in to your account;
- complete a Google or Facebook sign-in securely (these last only a few minutes);
- protect our forms against misuse; and
- remember, for a short time, the hours you picked while you sign in, so you do not have to choose them again.
Our public pages do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Signing out ends your signed-in session on that browser.
7. Who we share information with
We share your information only as needed to run this service. That means:
- Google and Facebook, if you choose to sign in with them. They carry out the sign-in and handle your information under their own privacy policies.
- The service providers that host and run our systems and deliver our emails. They process information on our behalf to provide the service.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
Staff at the venue can see your bookings and the contact details on your account so they can manage your bookings.
8. How long we keep information
We keep your account information while your account is open, and after that only for as long as we need it for the reasons in this policy. We have not set fixed retention periods for each kind of record. Booking, payment and security records may be kept longer than your account, because the venue may need them for its accounts, to resolve disputes, to keep the service secure, or to meet legal obligations.
9. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. For example, passwords are stored only in a protected, unreadable form, and your account pages are available only to you once you are signed in. No website or system can be completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee the security of information sent to or held by us.
10. Your choices and requests
You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it or delete it. To ask for your account and personal information to be deleted, follow the steps on our Data Deletion page. For anything else, email crisronpickleball@gmail.com. We will never ask for your password.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
