Data Deletion Request

You can ask Crisron Pickleball Courts to delete your booking account and the personal information we hold about you. This applies whether you signed up with a username and password, or signed in with Google or Facebook.

How to make a request

Deletion is handled by our team on request. You cannot delete your account yourself from the website yet.

  1. Email us at crisronpickleball@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
  2. Tell us which account it is. Include your full name, your username, how you sign in (username and password, Google, or Facebook), and the email address or mobile number on your account.
  3. We confirm it is you. Before we act, we may contact you using the email address or mobile number on the account to check that the request really comes from its owner.
  4. We process the request and let you know. We will reply to confirm once your request has been handled, or to explain anything we are unable to delete.

We will never ask for your password – not by email, by phone or in person. Do not include it in your request.

What happens to your information

When we process your request, as appropriate to your account we will:

  • delete or anonymise the personal details on your account, such as your name, email address and mobile number;
  • disable your account so it can no longer be used to sign in; and
  • stop your Google or Facebook sign-in from being connected to it.

Some records may need to be kept after your account is closed, for example past and upcoming bookings, payments, and records needed for security. The venue keeps these where it needs them for its accounts, to resolve disputes, to keep the service secure, or to meet legal obligations. Where we keep them, we keep only what is needed.

If you have an upcoming booking, please tell us whether you want it cancelled as well.

If you signed in with Facebook or Google

This page covers the information that Crisron Pickleball Courts holds about you. To have it deleted, send us a request as described above. You do not need to delete your Facebook or Google account, and doing so would not delete the information we hold.

You can also remove Crisron Pickleball Courts from the apps connected to your Facebook account (in Facebook, under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites), or from your Google account’s third-party connections. That stops future sign-ins from sharing information with us. It does not delete what we already hold, so please send us a request as well.
